A little less than 3 weeks till Christmas and you can hear the hustle and bustle in the air as we close in on 2020. It is my first Christmas as a new mom and although my kids won’t remember much this year, I want to still make it special for them, despite everything that’s going on in the world. After all, their smiles light up my world and many other new moms feel the same. I was asking around, googling, and trying to figure out the perfect gifts to give them this year that will help them both in their developmental stages of life. I have rounded up my favorite and best items for your infants this year into my 2020 gift guide for babies. From clothes to toys to books and walkers, check out my holiday guide that will have your children smiling from ear to ear on Christmas Day. Ho Ho Ho Happy Shopping!

My 2020 Holiday Gift Guide for Babies

  1. Finding vintage books on Ebay and Etsy for your kids: It has been my mission to find books that I read as a child to give to my kids. I have been perusing the internet trying to find some childhood favorites including The Velveteen Rabbit, Katie the Kitten, Wacky Wednesday, Madeleine, Beatrix Potter and many more. It is much more special in my opinion to have a vintage book from your childhood to pass along to your own children. These are memories that will last a lifetime.

  2. Mixtiles: Why am I just finding out about this amazing company? I literally bought a ton of these for my family for the holidays. It is so simple and easy to use. All you do is buy a set of photo frames, upload the photo from your phone, and bam! They will send you the photos in a matter of days. How do you hang it? All you do is pull the peel off the back of the frame and it sticks to the wall. Literally, I splurged and bought over 20 photos this year. The best!

  3. Battat- Wooden Activity Cube- I have heard all the rave reviews about this classic toy. Made for children 1 year +, it is such a great developmental toy for kids. It’s a discovery cube that has farm animals on it. Adorable!

  4. MeOhMyEarth: One of the best small businesses for children, this eco-friendly clothing line has the softest and amazing apparel including onesies, swaddles, and footies. The best part? Some of the proceeds goes to the care for wild rhinos at the Wild Rhino Sanctuary. So awesome to help the animals!

  5. Manhattan Toy Tree Top Adventure Activity Center: This toy is for hands on learning fun! The Tree Top Adventure wooden toddler toy is packed full of motor skill activities. Your little one won't even know they're practicing their motor skills as they investigate all of the features offered by this tree-themed activity center. I can’t wait for my kids to open this on Christmas Day!

  6. Lovery: One of my favorite companies this year! Not only do they have some incredible development kits that they send to your house every few months, they also offer a play mat that is designed by child development experts to help your child’s developing brain. My kids love it! Their products are made for learning by bringing academics and researchers together to create simple, holistic products for every child.

  7. Soft Tiles: I have been on the hunt for a great floor mat for the play room and my sister told me about some fabulous floor mats called Soft Tiles. They are so colorful and fun and you can create your own style! I ordered the mats with jungle animals on them since their playroom is already jungle-themed. So cute and they have a 5% off sale right before Christmas! Get your orders in!

  8. Baby Shower Chair Newborn Non-Slip: Now that my twin boys are 6 months old (wow!), I wanted to find a better way for them to sit in the bath without slipping or using the old baby tub. I found this amazing baby shower newborn non slip chair that I purchased for both of them. It allows them to sit up in the bathtub by securely fastening them so they won’t slip! This baby shower seat has a large backrest and a large suction chassis at the bottom, which can fix the seat into place well. These chairs are ideal for helping babies bathe safely and comfortably from an early age.

  9. M Sanmersen Piano Mat: This kids piano mat has 8 piano function keys and also makes 8 kinds of different animals sounds and pronunciations; perfect for stimulating your child's hearing. This foldable keyboard play mat gives clear sounds with a flashing light effect. You also can adjust the sound volume to find the perfect balance for you and your child. This is such a fun toy that will have the kids dancing around (and parents too!).
